Peppers Moonah Links Resort is located amidst an undulating landscape on the Mornington Peninsula, less than an hour and a half’s drive from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne. The region has long been favoured as a seaside holiday destination and is recognised as an exciting wine growing region.

Comprised of 72 deluxe rooms and suites, all with private balconies or terraces overlooking the stunning golf courses, Peppers Moonah Links Resort is one of the most unique of its kind in Australia integrating luxury accommodation amongst two 18 hole championship golf courses. Each room features natural materials, clean lines and earthy Australian tones with stylish furnishings and fittings. The Resort features an a la carte restaurant and bar both with panoramic views over the Open Course.

Neighbouring the Resort you will find the award winning Peninsula Hot Springs, Alba Thermal Springs and the very popular St Andrews Beach Brewery.

Further down the road you will find Gunnamatta Surf Beach, Gunnamatta Trail Rides, Boneo Maze and The Arthurs Seat Eagle. The Mornington Peninsula is a renowned grape growing region, and you will find many of the regions best wineries just a short drive from the Resort.

When you’re not out playing golf, take a dip in the outdoor heated swimming pool. Get the family together for a light-hearted game of badminton or volleyball or kick a soccer ball around our lush recreation lawn. Other facilities include on-site gymnasium, practice putting green and driving range.

Enjoy an exquisite dining experience at the resort’s signature a la carte restaurant Pebbles, offering a relaxed modern Australian menu and a panoramic view of the rolling greens. For a more casual dining option or to enjoy a pre-dinner drink or nightcap, visit the Spike Bar which opens out onto a sun drenched terrace where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the Open Course.

Peppers Moonah Links Resort in the Mornington Peninsula is the ultimate destination for golf enthusiasts. Two world-class 18 hole golf courses provide a true test for all levels of golfer, regardless of whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned pro.
 
The Open Course is truly one of a kind and was the first 18 hole course built and prepared specifically for a national championship – in this case, the Australian Open which Moonah Links hosted in 2003 & 2005.

The Legends Course stands as a tribute to past champions who have contributed to the rich history of Australian golf. In contrast to the Open Course, which was purpose built to challenge the modern champion, the Legends Course is a more friendly golfing experience for players of all ages and abilities.


Pebbles Restaurant

Pebbles Restaurant sources the best seasonal and regional ingredients to create an unforgettable dining experience with a well crafted menu, excellent wine choices and impeccable service.

Spike Bar

Relax after a round of golf in the Spike Bar, with superb views of the Open Course and native Moonah trees. The Bar has an area for guests to enjoy a pre-dinner drink or nightcap.

 

Gymnasium

The Moonah Links Resort Gymnasium is open 7am – 7pm daily to all hotel guests and Medallion Members.
 
 
 

Pool & Recreation

Moonah Links Resort has a range of activities to keep both big kids and little ones entertained.

Like mini-golf, for a challengingly fun time on our 9 hole course, with putters available from reception. A dedicated recreation lawn offers Pickleball, Cornhole, Cricket sets and Footballs are all available.

Please enquire at reception if equipment is available before heading down!

The heated swimming pool is available for all hotel guests throughout the year, with towels available from Reception upon request.

The pool is opening hours are from 8am to 8pm. As hotel guests, there will be towels provided in the rooms surrounding the pool to make jumping in for a splash an easy task!

The Pickleball court is available to use from sunrise to sunset!

All items needed are available from reception, with a rest spot and picnic area ensures that you can have a great time and enjoy the great weather on the Mornington Peninsula!
