Not only for just golfers or club members alike, all are welcome to enjoy the delights Executive Chef Sailesh Vala serves in Pebble’s contemporary dining room.

Chef Sailesh draws inspiration from seasonal, local, and sustainable produce, including freshly picked herbs and vegetables from Moonah Links’ kitchen garden. In addition to sourcing the highest quality ingredients for his menu, Sailesh highlights local native plants, Saltbush, Lemon Myrtle and Warrigal Greens throughout Pebble’s diverse menu, in an ode to ingredients found in nature.

Pebbles has sourced the best the Peninsula offers for cool-climate, award-winning wines from local vineyards Paringa Estate, Kerri Greens, and Foxey’s Hangout or choose from our exciting cocktail menu, both perfect for a pre-dinner aperitive.

With superb views over the Open Course and the scattered Moonah trees, there is no better place to enjoy your drink at Spike Bar, where the extensive beverage list is sure to impress discerning beverage connoisseurs.

The Spike Bar also offers a relaxed menu with a variety of delicious dishes to cater for our guests. Unwind after a game of golf, or simply after stepping out of our luxury accommodation rooms to grab a casual bite to eat.

Guests will have the luxury to enjoy the beautiful fairway views while eating on the Terrace and soak in the relaxing aura of the Mornington Peninsula.
